Picetti Constuction Incorporated is a full service residential builder that was founded in 1981 and incorporated in 1984. Mike Picetti acquired his General Contractor B-1 License in 1981 after working for and gaining experience with home builder Pinn Brothers Construction. Mike started Picetti Construction with the desire to build quality additions and remodeling in Santa Clara County. After years of gaining valuable experience Mike also started building new custom homes as well as additions and remodels. To this day Mike Picetti has the same excitement and enthusiasm meeting clients and building architecturally beautiful projects as he did starting out in 1981.
Mike approaches each job with two things in mind. Firstly, customer satisfaction. This is a core value within Picetti Construction Inc. Close contact and open communication with the client is maintained pertaining to the progress and important material selections. Many previous clients have hired Mike to complete additional projects or have referred him to friends or colleagues. Secondly, a demand for outstanding quality. The design and finish materials can vary from project to project depending on a client’s budget but the quality of craftsmanship in building is 100% on every project. It is not in Mike Picettis’ nature to strive for anything less. This is achieved from Mikes constant on the job supervision and the dedicated group of subcontractors and suppliers that have been assembled over the years. Picetti Construction Inc. has been using many of the same subcontractors and suppliers since 1995 and has a very good working relationship with them. We all approach a project with professionalism, integrity, and honesty.
